Ski Lodge Named for Lukoil in the Komi Republic

The facility was built in two stages. In the summer, a roller ski run about a kilometer long was paved and asphalted. In the fall, work began on creating the start area: the construction of modular buildings for the judges’ stand and the changing room, the installation of lighting masts and the fencing of the track, and the general improvement of the territory (where winter tracks of various lengths also appeared), and parking spaces for cars.

The new facility complemented Usinsk’s sports cluster — an area where, previously, the Yugdöm ice rink and a universal sports arena were also built with the support of LUKOIL.
